LBE exists to thrive for the inclusion of underrepresented women and girls in Australia and beyond.  Our mandate is built  upon three pillars:

1. Improve the lives and dynamics of communities by promoting equal education opportunities for young women
2. Create leadership and sustainable entrepreneurial prospects for ambitious young females within their communities. 
3. Connect young women to resources and mentors to assist their growth.
